About the Show

From $40 / Reserved Seating / Under 18's must attend with a Parent or Guardian

This effervescent feast is a perfect fit for the old world charm of The Tivoli and a chance to be transported to 1930s Paris where legendary musician Django Reinhardt has been cast as the lead in a musical reimagining of Orpheus.

Your host for the evening is the charismatic songstress Yvette Pépin. With her troupe of peppy players she performs the thrilling tale of Orpheus’ ill-fated descent into the underworld to reclaim his lost love, the beautiful Eurydice.

Set to a fabulous live score of Hot Club jazz, opera and French chanson, Orpheus is an utterly joyous night out with all the glamour of the 1930s.

‘Sweet humour, unexpected gravitas and unpretentious beauty.’ ★★★★★ The Times (UK)
‘The whole show is a delight’ ★★★★ The Telegraph (UK)
‘Heartrending’ ★★★★ The Guardian (UK
