We’re on the hunt for experienced and reliable humans to join our expanding team to work across two stunning, heritage performance spaces - The Tivoli Theatre (Fortitude Valley) and The Princess Theatre (Woolloongabba). 

We’re looking for Casual Hospitality All-Rounders and Casual Set Up Crew to work across both venues, plus a Full-Time Barista and a Full-Time Cook for our new Woolloongabba café, Fables.

If you have a passion for customer service, hospitality and the entertainment industry, and are keen to help bring incredible music, arts and private events to life, then we’d love to hear from you!

Casual Hospitality All-Rounders (Tivoli + Princess)

To be considered for this position, you will need to have at least two years bar/hospitality/customer service experience and a current RSA. You need to be available weeknights and weekends, and willing to work some late nights. This role involves bartending, ushering, FOH duties and occasional food service in fast-paced environment. Applicants must have excellent customer service skills, personal initiative, a strong work ethic and a desire to show guests at our venues an exceptional night out.

This position is casual and training will commence early July.

Casual Set Up Crew (Tivoli + Princess)

To be considered for this position we’d love for you to have some set-up experience, working in the live entertainment or events space. This is (generally) a daytime position that would have you be responsible for venue set-ups and turnarounds, deliveries and venue maintenance. There is manual labour involved in this role, so we encourage fit and motivated people with a high attention to detail to apply.

This position is casual and training will commence early July.

Full-Time Barista/Café Duty Manager (Princess/Fables)

To be considered for this position you will need to have at least two years’ experience as a Head Barista, and preferably café management experience. We’re looking for someone to be the smiling face of our new café Fables; someone who is deeply passionate about coffee and the humans who drink it, and someone who is keen to help us grow our exciting new space. Fables will be a licenced venue with a full menu, so people with experience in events, food and drink service will be looked upon favourably. This role will be responsible for the opening of the café in the mornings, and guiding other staff through the days’ processes alongside the Princess Theatre Venue Manager.

Excellent customer service, presentation and time management skills are a must, plus of course you need to be able to make incredible coffee.

This position is Full-Time with an expected commencement date around the beginning of August.

Full-Time Cook (Princess/Fables)

We are seeking a qualified and creative Cook with proven experience to join us to help start and develop our new café located at the front of The Princess Theatre. We will look to this person for assistance to help develop our menus, so a passion for great, simple food is necessary. To be considered for this position, you will need to have at least two years’ experience in a similar fast-paced environment. You will have excellent communication skills, have great attention to detail and presentation, be highly motivated and have effective time management skills. Experience with food safety is a must, and relevant qualifications will be looked upon favourably. This role involves food preparation, cooking and plating, ordering and stock control, along with kitchen maintenance and cleaning.

This position is Full-Time with an expected commencement date around the beginning of August.
